Welcome balance and renewal at this 2 hour yoga workshop led by local traveling Yogini, Michelle Pugh, owner of Joonbug Yoga!

Details: Take time for self care with this gentle yoga practice designed for beginning and experiences students for detoxification inside and out. Michelle will offer locally hand harvested herbal teas, essential oils and yoga postures to soothe the internal organs of the body and prepare for the Spring season with ease. Our focus during the practice will be toning and detoxifying the liver and kidneys. We will end the practice with a 30 minute guided meditation that will focus on new beginnings, planting seeds of intention and overall balance during the season. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for added comfort.
